Peter started his career in sailmaking in1986 as an apprentice. He has worked at North Sails building high tech modern racing sails, which led to work at North Sails 3DL plant in Nevada, USA. Peter then moved on to work for Doyle Sails in Barbados as floor manager, before returning to Falmouth where he set up Sailtech in 2005.
Peter enjoys sailing all boats, but over the years has developed his love for classics, and is a now a regular competitor in the Falmouth Sunbeam fleet, as well as enjoying racing the International Eight Metre Hispania 4 based in south Brittany.

Josh is the newest member of the team joining Sailtech in the spring 2014. He started his Sailmakeing career at Penrose Sails: Josh is a sailor at heart and can be founf pulling sheets on almost anything that floats. As a keen windsurfer and dinghy sailorwith a lot of medium boat experience. If a helping hand is needed or you are looking to invest in a new sail then Josh is your man.
Danielle works on the accounts and oversees the running of Sailtech. She helped set up of the business in 2005.
Danielle is a qualified Accounts Technician (AAT) and a professional chartered accountanct (ACCA). Danielle is a keen horse rider but enjoys sailing Sunbeams and other boats with Peter.
Sarah joined Sailtech last autumn; Sarah is a graduate of Falmouth University where she studied performance clothing manufacture. Her dergee has given her a perfect interduction into the world of cover making. With the ability to think in the third dimension andsewing machine skills to match.
